This type of connectivity is offered on a "banked bandwidth" model. Bulk purchases of 50, 100, 250 and 500 GB+ of bandwidth are available at discounted rates. Your bandwidth usage is metered and subtracted from your "bandwidth bank" on a monthly basis. Only when your "bandwidth bank" approaches zero (0) do you need to purchase another block of Bandwidth.
